Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with FreshNest Grocery Services (“FreshNest,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
We want every customer — whether an individual or a business — to be completely satisfied with their purchase. This policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled when you shop at www.freshnestindia.store.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The item is in its original packaging and unused condition.

Please note that perishable or temperature-sensitive items (like fruits, vegetables, dairy, bakery, and frozen products) cannot be returned once delivered in good condition.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Fresh produce (fruits, vegetables, dairy, bakery items) once accepted by the customer
  • Items purchased under promotional or clearance sales
  • Opened or partially used products
  • Custom or bulk B2B orders unless defective

3. How to Request a Return

If you’ve received a wrong, damaged, or expired item:

  1. Email us at support@freshnestindia.store within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, product name, and a clear photo of the issue.
  3. Our support team will verify the claim and arrange pickup or replacement where applicable.

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
  • Delivery and service charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases where the entire order was damaged or canceled by FreshNest.

5. Replacements

  • Eligible items can be replaced with the same product (subject to stock availability).
  • If the replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund for the product value.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • If payment was made online and the order is canceled before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

7. B2B Orders

For bulk and wholesale (B2B) orders:

  • Returns and refunds are subject to the supply agreement or purchase terms agreed upon with FreshNest.
  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt with proper documentation.
  • Refunds or replacements will be processed only after verification and approval by our team.
